On Thursday, October 9, Franco Fine Arts Exchange presents an opening reception for CORRESPONDANCE: Rebel Song, curated by Roz LeCompte.
Franco FAE is a Louisiana nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening the visual arts connection between Acadian descendants across the globe, nurturing an ongoing visual dialogue that bridges centuries and geographies as a profound act of healing generational scars, and strengthening communities by exploring shared history through contemporary artistic expression.
5-7 p.m. Live Cajun French harp ensemble.
The exhibit runs through November 8.
Admission is free for museum members, UL students and faculty. Public entrance with museum admission.
