DESCRIPTION:Le Salon returns to the Hilliard Art Museum for UL Lafayette alumna and rising star singer Natalie Broussard and pianist Alex Navarro. Currently based in Houston\, the duo have featured jazz standards and Cajun classics to broad acclaim. Ms. Broussard is a native of Lafayette and completed her degree in Vocal Performance at UL in 2022. \nLe Salon is a concert and connection series featuring performances and presentations by faculty and alumni of UL Lafayette\, joining together for innovative and multi-disciplinary experiences in a beautiful setting. \n  \n

SUMMARY:Yoga in the Galleries
DESCRIPTION:The Hilliard Art Museum invites you to join us on the first Saturday of each month at 11 a.m. for a yoga class in our galleries with certified instructor Neil Gresham. Beginners and regular practitioners are welcome. Yoga is free with museum admission ($10 for non-members\, free for members and UL faculty\, staff\, and students). Please bring your own yoga mat. Space is limited to the first twenty-five participants on a first-come\, first-served basis. No registration is required.

Designed for ages 4 and up\, each session features hands-on creative activities that connect directly to current exhibitions and make art concepts accessible and inspiring for young minds. Beginning September 13th\, families can enjoy art-making together while local food vendors provide snacks\, creating a welcoming community space where creativity flourishes and new connections are made. Children 10 and under participate free\, ensuring art education remains accessible to all families in our community. \nAges 4 and up  \nNo pre-registration required  \n** Please note there will be no Create & Play Café October 11\, 2025.
